And anyone else that wants to use real metal in car interiors, especially where you are supposed to connect with it...what if I stuck my tongue to this?
would it look like this?
Woke up to 8 degrees below this am and man that metal was brutal. Screw you

I had the same problem with Apple laptops when I lived in VT. It took like 30 minutes after I got my laptop out of the car until it stopped feeling like I was resting my palms on a block of ice.

Still better than plastic trying to look like metal...
Clearly you're supposed to have the butler go warm up the car for you.

Try leaving a trumpet in your trunk all day at -15F. Warming it up to play was miserable!

Former euphonium player here. I think a part of my lip is still permanently attached to that mouthpiece...

What year? I know prior to '05, those handles were plastic. Unless it's retrofitted, of course.

Aluminum it is. Carry on. I remember wishing the one in my '01 was metal, until winter hit...glad it was plastic at that point!

Sorry, but screw plastic in car interiors, especially if you are buying a "premium" brand/model.

I agree with you, but limit the metal trim to be not stuff you are actually supposed to touch

Volvo replies: For those willing to stick their tongues to interior panels but unfortunate to live in colder climate we recommend opting for a block heater. It's available for every type of Volvo we sell.
